CapitaLand Singapore (CLS), a wholly-owned subsidiary of CapitaLand Limited, is one of Singapore’s leading developers, managers and owners of homes, offices and integrated developments in Singapore and Malaysia. CLS is also the sponsor and manager of CapitaLand Commercial Trust (CCT), the first commercial real estate investment trust (REIT) listed in Singapore which owns and invests in premier commercial properties in Singapore.

We are one of Singapore’s leading office owners and managers, through CapitaLand Commercial Trust (CCT), or joint ventures. CCT is Singapore’s listed premier commercial real estate investment trust (REIT), investing in high quality, well-located and income-producing commercial properties in Singapore. CCT proactively enhances the value of its commercial properties through active portfolio management and asset upgrading. These efforts help CCT secure stable earnings while concurrently ensuring promising returns for our unitholders. The total asset size of CCT is S$7.7 billion as at end February 2016.

CCT's current portfolio comprises these 10 prime commercial properties centrally located in Singapore’s central area: Capital Tower, Six Battery Road, One George Street, HSBC Building, Raffles City Singapore (60.0% interest through RCS Trust), Twenty Anson, Bugis Village, Wilkie Edge, Golden Shoe Car Park and CapitaGreen (40.0% interest through the joint venture, MSO Trust).
